Sales/Marketing Administrator
Hewes Marine Company, the maker of Hewescraft boats, is seeking a Sales/Marketing Administrator who will (under the direction of the Sales Supervisor) receive and process boat, motor, and trailer orders; develop customer relationships with Hewescraft dealers, and support the outside sales efforts of the Pacific Northwest's #1 boat builder.
The Sales/Marketing Administrator's responsibilities will include the following:
o Ensure excellent communication with dealers and error-free processing of boat manufacturing orders.
o Accurately communicate dealer order details to production floor to ensure correct construction and completion of each boat order.
o Coordinate the order, receipt, shipment, and proper billing of all motors and trailers.
o Occasionally add to outside sales efforts by representing Hewes Marine Company at boat shows throughout the Pacific Northwest US and Canada.
o Complete other tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor.
The following education, experience, and skills are required to be considered for the Sales/Marketing Administrator position:
o AS/AA (2-year degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
o 3
years of experience in inside/outside sales positions
o Self-directed with excellent time-management skills
o Able to multi-task in an environment of shifting priorities
o Able to work well in a team environment with all levels of management
o Excellent customer service orientation
o Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
o High regard for safety, and excellent attention to detail
o Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
o Experience with Exact Macola (manufacturing ERP system) or similar software package preferred.
The Sales/Marketing Administrator position is a full-time, Monday-Friday, hourly position. Some overtime and weekend work is required. The hourly wage range for this position depends on experience.
